GOSHEN BOOKS

We’re dedicated to spotlighting, promoting and offering editorial assistance to new and established memoir writers from around the globe who write from the heart about “coming home far from home.”

About the Publisher: Liane Grunberg Wakabayashi, journalist, artist, and founding director of Genesis Art Workshops, moved to Jerusalem in 2017 after raising her children in Tokyo.

The author of THE WAGAMAMA BRIDE: A Jewish Family Saga Made in Japan, she has launched Goshen Books to offer editorial and publishing support to memoir writers across the globe who lead courageous, inspiring lives far from home.

She has taught memoir writing for more than thirty years and takes great pleasure in partnering with writers to bring books in early stages right through to completion.

Born into a secular Jewish family, she crossed the bridge to Orthodoxy in Tokyo and thrives on uplifting stories of self-transformation.
